In the past six months, the proportion of high-temperature and high-humidity scenarios in EB-LINK's export and domestic coastal park orders has increased. Accordingly, the production line has adjusted the moisture-proof method of a single package and the stocking ratio of wide-temperature models. The packaging can be unpacked on site and put on the machine directly, reducing the need to wait for temperature recovery.

EB-LINK has built a reliability test bench on the production line, integrating three types of stress retests such as surge, electrostatic discharge and high and low temperature cycles into the factory inspection of industrial grade and electric power models. The data is retained by batch to provide verifiable basis for severe working conditions projects.

Modules in the spare parts pool are often not interoperable due to brand identification codes. EB-LINK's new online spare parts universal supporting services: convergence of table specifications, writing codes according to brands, and packaging and labeling, so that modules with the same specifications can be used on multiple devices.

Optical module factory test sheet update: In addition to regular items such as transmitting and receiving light, two new items, power consumption of the entire module and normal temperature shell temperature, are read one by one. This article explains how these two data come from and how they are used for cabinet power supply and cooling budget.

The supply dynamics of communication transformation of a photovoltaic field station in a county: most of the spare fiber cores have been put into use after core-by-core testing, the pipe holes are still used, single-fiber transceivers and centralized power supply racks are used on the access side, and material costs and downtime windows are simultaneously reduced.

Does the upgrade of the old network in the campus require complete replacement? This article records a modular replacement delivery: the backbone optical cable and existing wiring are unchanged, and three-layer complements are made based on network cards, optical modules, and transceivers, and the material cost and downtime range are simultaneously compressed.

In the second phase of the all-optical network in a park, no new optical cables were added, and the spare cores recorded at the end of the first phase were reused. EB-LINK is supplied with labels per segment, and is retested segment by segment before activation, with all readings written back to the link ledger.

EB-LINK opens a support channel for existing line inspection and expansion evaluation. It collects optical power and curves according to templates on site, remotely completes margin review and fiber core inventory, and outputs a phased transformation list.

EB-LINK delivered Gigabit single-fiber transceivers in batches to a manufacturing park. The support points were converted from dual-fiber to single-fiber backhaul, and the trunk fiber core occupation was halved. The freed-up cores were accounted for in the second phase and were shipped in three batches according to the cutover rhythm.

EB-LINK retests the link margin of a county surveillance trunk optical cable section by section, takes inventory of available fiber cores, and splits the capacity expansion into a three-phase plan of first changing single fibers, then replacing long-distance modules, and then supplementing links. Most sections do not need to lay new optical cables.
