Recently, EB-LINK completed the work station transformation of the optical module custom coding production line. After the coding is put online, the verification process will be automatically read back. This further shortens the delivery cycle of batch coding orders for brands such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, ZTE, and Ruijie.

Separate work stations for coding and verification to prevent the outflow of semi-finished products

Previously, programming and testing were completed at the same workstation, and personnel had to both write codes and keep an eye on the DDM readings, making it easy to miss detections when busy. After the transformation, it was divided into three stations: programming, readback verification, and optical port testing: after each module is written, it automatically reads back the identification area and alarm area of the code chip, and compares it with the target code template field by field. If there is any inconsistency, it will be directly returned to reburning. Half-written modules will not flow into the next step.

High-frequency code-type bare modules are always available and can be shipped on the same day as the order is received.

The delivery time can be promised, and the cutover schedule is more relaxed

Once the project cutover window is set, the entire shift schedule will have to be redone the day the module is late. After the production line is upgraded, batch coding orders for standard code types will generally be coded, tested one by one, and shipped with labels within three working days after proofing confirmation. Urgent projects can be individually confirmed for expedited arrangements, and the delivery progress can be checked according to the batch number.

In the next step, the production line will also expand the pre-burning station for electrical interface modules and 2.5G code types. If you need mass custom coding, please call 0755-83179002. If you report the switch brand, model and quantity, you will be given a written delivery time according to the schedule.
