When the on-site judgment does not match the factory data, it often takes two weeks to send samples back and forth. EB-LINK has recently opened a batch re-inspection channel. Based on the sample numbers and factory records, the conditions can be reproduced on the same batch of instruments, and a preliminary conclusion will generally be given on the same day.
When re-inspecting, check the conditions first instead of testing first.
Take out the temperature zone, holding time, test wavelength, code type and instrument number from the shipping record, and then decide on a reproduction plan. The conclusions of retests under different conditions are inconsistent. Many disputes are actually due to differences in test conditions rather than changes in the device. If you do this step in the front, it will be much faster to decide whether to exchange or reuse the product later.
Three steps to restore the box
- Check the batch with the sample number, and the sample and the factory record will be sent to the same station in the same box
- Repeat the test under the original conditions, and add a normal temperature control to separate the impact of transportation and device drift.
- The two readings are written side by side on the re-inspection sheet, with the end face image and test line number attached.
The conclusion is to be dealt with in three levels
If the recurrence is consistent and up to standard, the judgment is biased towards on-site conditions or configuration issues. Technical support will cooperate to investigate link margin and port compatibility; if the recurrence fails and the samples retained in the same batch are also deviated, the batch will be processed and the production line records will be traced; only when the inspection order is abnormal, the order will be replaced and the goods will be replaced, and the right to tighten sampling of the batch will be reserved. For high-speed signal projects, eye diagrams and bit errors are performed simultaneously during re-inspection.PCI-EX8 25G dual optical port fiber optic network card (Intel E810 chip)The flow can be used as cross-validation on the business side.
The re-inspection channel is open to delivered batches, and the number must be registered before sending back to avoid separation of samples and records. Wolflight technical support responds on weekdays from 8:30-18:00, phone number 0755-83179002.
