After the proportion of orders for 25G and 100G grades increases, it is no longer enough to just look at room temperature power and connectivity. EB-LINK has recently launched a high-speed signal test station, and the eye diagram template margin and bit error test results have begun to be archived in batches.

The work station is aimed at signal consistency in the batch

The assembly differences of the same model in different batches will be reflected in the eye diagram. A single unit with qualified power but low eye height is prone to problems when plugged into a long-distance port or a port with small margin at the opposite end. The new work station arranges eye diagram and error code spot testing before packing, and samples are taken by batch. The selected units are kept on file together with the same parts, so that the factory status can be traced back in the future.

In the past, it could only be judged by the switch port counter after arrival, and it was difficult to trace back to the factory status in case of disputes. The records accompanying the goods now indicate the sampling quantity, test pattern, judgment threshold and instrument number, and the acceptance party can check them by batch.
