In the first ten days of this month, EB-LINK completed the sea shipment of the second batch of 10G optical modules and ODF supporting equipment for the Southeast Asian operator project. This project serves the local metropolitan area network access transformation. It adopts the model of batch shipment and acceptance when the documents arrive at the port. At present, the first batch of equipment has been put on the shelves and tested at the site, and the link pass rate is good.

Difficulties in this delivery

  • There are many brands of equipment in the customer's current network, and optical modules need to be coded according to their respective equipment types in order to be identified and managed.
  • The local outdoor cabinets have a long high temperature season, and the modules need to adapt to the wide temperature environment to work stably.
  • The shipping cycle is long, and the moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging standards are stricter than those for land transportation.

The test data of each product is shipped out of the warehouse with the bar code, and the batch sampling curve and packaging photos of each pallet are attached. The local team can verify the order without opening the packaging. next step

EB-LINK plans to reuse the batch shipment and port-in-port document modes accumulated from this project in more overseas scenarios, and maintain spot safety inventory for conventional 10G and 25G models, shortening the stocking cycle before shipping, and reducing the risk of out-of-stock waiting. The confirmation process of coding prototypes will also be simultaneously optimized, and the technical caliber will be locked within three working days after the samples are sent.

Overseas customers and overseas integrators can contact 0755-83179002 for confirmation of coding samples and batch delivery rhythm. Technical support will respond within working days. You can also send samples for testing first and then discuss batch quantities.
